Customers receive a standard process of assessment and customisation - where each BoxTop element is made to match the way your business works and wherever possible, how you like to run your business.
Initial product introduction and training and refresher training of users is standard to... and built into the price... so no shocks when you get the invoice and hopefully not too many surprises when your staff use the system!
Continuous customer support is made available on-line through the web site, or by contacting The BoxTop Technical Support Centre based in Windsor, near London's Heathrow airport.
Updates in product technology, new versions and enhancements to or added basic features are provided free of charge to all fully registered customers.
All perfectly logical, yet many software manufacturers fail to provide creating more of a problem for users than the solution that was originally promised!
Oh... and if, in the end you really don’t like it or simply can’t work with it for any reason - since you never actually bought the product, you can terminate at any time and you are free to get out with no further costs or fees or anything... not that any of our customers have willingly done this yet.
